Details and steps to start your video production.
- You decide on making the purchase with the funeral director.
- You provide us the information we need from the form below.
- We send you a link to upload/submit photos to our software (Easily Done) Photos can be uploaded from most any device, in Jpeg, jpg, or png, formats. (Easy to send multiple photos at once) No collages just individual photos. The main person or coordinator for the family should be one that has email and understands photo and how to navigate devices for submission. The link we provide can be shared with other family members to assist with photos, but the main contact should have control over all submissions.
- Once the photos are submitted to the software, you can easily arrange the photos in the order you want them to show, (drag & drop) Or we can do that for you based on what looks like old to new pictures to us. We will need you to identify what photo to use for the main picture. If you need help or have questions on the video production process call 706-590-2650.
- We use only licensed copyrighted music that is usually soft or mellow piano instrumentals in the video. We add appropriate themes and video interludes in the production to compliment and honor the life once lived.
- IMPORTANT....After your part above is completed, call or text to let us know when you have completed photo submission. 706-590-2650. Within 24 to 30 hours or sooner we will place video in the memorial, send you links and information to the video.
- You will then have the option to make other purchases online, that will be delivered usually within 10 days of ordering.
